What to Wear:

For medical aesthetic services please wear comfortable clothing. A spa robe is provided for those utilizing spa services.

Spa and Salon Etiquette:

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment to familiarize yourself with our facility. You are welcome to come and relax in our lounge either prior to or after your service or treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

Any medical spa package or treatment requires 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a charge. If notified less than 48 hours you will be charged half the price of your service. If we are not notified at least 24 hours ahead or if you fail to show for your appointment you may be charged the entire amount.

Five Star Service:

We are dedicated to providing world class service to our clients.  If you are dissatisfied with your experience at Be Medical Spa & Salon or the quality of your service, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may provide you with the excellence you deserve.

Gift Cards:

We offer gift cards in any denomination. They are the perfect gift for any occasion.
